Nokia customer care sucks...!

I might be the first person to say this, but yeah, my experiences make me say that. I got a Nokia 6700c after reading quite a few reviews and i found out from a few that the camera won't be that great and certain pieces will have a weird blue line across the images due to some manufacturing defect. I thought mine won't have it and it did have it and i mailed across to the nokia customer care, and the reply was prompt although my problem was not solved. I tried out the instructions in the mail but it still kept happening, and so I had to contact the Nokia care. I had to wait for a period of some 4 months because I was busy with my exams and all, and this proved to be my downfall.

I went to the Nokia Care, they made me wait almost an entire day, saying Nokia 6700C has some fused parts and checking it was a lil tough. I waited patiently and they approved it after checking for liquid damage and tampering. Apparently, it would take 4 days for it to get back from the main office. I waited patiently and on the evening of the fourth day, i called and they said, it would take another 3 days, and when i called on the 7th day, they told it'll take another 7 days. Now, that's a whole 2 weeks without my phone. After 2 weeks, I went away directly without making a call in the hope that my phone would atleast be ready. I was waiting for an hour or so, and this female comes out saying that the main office detected that the board has been tampered or something and then they made me wait for another half an hour for the mobile. I got my mobile and was on my way home, when i realised there was no memory card, and when i asked them, they were like they didn't take it. Also, my camera which was previously working was not working anymore and I get this SIM registration failed always now.

My question is, where do I go ask someone about this?

This definitely seems to be a case of negligence either in the part of the local CC or in the main office of the CC.. Now, am I the scape goat? I need answers.. I'll keep you updated!

  2. OMG! I guess you were too kind to them! I always act angry and most of the time I succeed! :) Well... call the office, demand for the main chief! Tell him about your problem and say that if there's no other chance, you'll go in a newspaper with it. Wish you good luck!
