Something I think I'll read in the future and get all nostalgic

I didn't want these days to come up so soon, so says one person! The other says, they never thought they'll get nostalgic and miss this place, but now, it's all changed.

With just few days of college to go, I see the entire college going all nostalgic. It reached a near crescendo (word particularly used because i study in crescent engg. coll.! Facebook is full of people who want us in college forever, or ppl who are going to miss college, now that they're passing out. I've had a hard hitting feeling on my gut, but I'm usually not the emo type and I don't cry or I don't actually get all hyped up about this whole leaving college thing, but this time I'm sure it's gonna be hard. I've had few of the greatest friends I've had in college, and it's really hard to imagine not being with them.

I'd like to put in a few words about ORION '10 also, which caused this crescendo of nostalgia. If you had been a really ancient follower of my blog, you'd know that it's our culturals. Tanzim Baig (aka @tanznb on twitter) is the Vice Prez and Khuze is the Prez of ISTD which organizes this, btw, we are the final years and we are the organizers of the entire event. ORION '10 saw a huge line up of chief guests right from Kiruba Shankar, Samudrakani (director of Nadodigal), Blaaze and a whole lot of local celebs. I'm sure everyone was LEGEND..wait for it... ARY in their own right.

It was definitely one of the best ORION's I've been in, although i think the development of Facebook in India has also resulted in most of the post ORION hype.. This being the last ORION for all of us, most of us were in tears (not me). No words of praise would be enough to all those who have been directly or indirectly involved in the making of ORION '10.

Lots of love to all you guys! Will definitely miss you people...

Here's a small poem by our VP Tanzim Baig
