A rare celestial miracle.. A ring around the moon!

I'll let the pics I took talk, and here they are..

A very normal pic with the auto resolution! I could see the halo in the LCD display but when I transferred it to the PC, it's gone!After a lot of adjusting my Samsung Just a Click 7MP digital camera, which is not all that clear!! I had to manually keep the ISO at 400 to get this shot! So there you have it, they halo around the moon!!

    We had an upside-down rainbow here very recently, I wonder if the two things are linked.
    It looked like a colourful smiley face in the sky!

    It wasn't around the moon as you can only get a rainbow during the day..hehe.As far as I know.
    I dunno if it happend at the same time - is it night in india when its day here? confused now lol
