Time for some charity work!!

My blog has become full of laments and it has become the "complaint box for Shravan"! So I thought for a change, I'll let you know the easiest way of donating to charity! One of my friends in NIIT told me about this and now I'm hooked!

This site is actually fun and it also has a humane side! It's called www.freerice.com. From the name you can get what it is about! You need to give the meanings of the words from the options displayed, and you donate 20 foodgrains for each correct answer.. If all those of you who read this publicize this in their own way, it's gonna be a huge success and you could definitely use your extra time on the net in this site, helping feed someone in Somalia! And yea, I forgot something this is sponsored by the WFP (World Food Program) by the United Nations! So if you have some spare time, do spend it in a useful manner!

And their promise is,
For each word you get right, we donate 20 grains of rice through the UN food program to help end hunger

Cheers,
Shravan
