Wherever you are in this whole wide world, this holds true!! My parent's and their friends and myself were having a discussion on what all is worth investing in!! We all seemed to have a unanimous option of either investing in Gold or in Real estate!! Both are growing at a rapid pace and there's no slowing them!! Gold is nearly double it's price since the last five years and real estates are appreciating at a real brisk pace!!
They probably are fairly good investments.

I heard where "soft" commodities like soya, corn, wheat, rice etc are likely to rise and rise because of growing demand and reduced supply.
